From January 2010, Heinemann Library rebrands as Raintree. Whilst our name has changed, you are guaranteed to receive the same high quality engaging books.

Raintree has established a strong reputation with librarians and teachers. By combining all our publishing under one respected imprint we hope to reduce confusion and build a strong identity with resources that captivate all readers. Raintree will continue to publish for struggling or reluctant readers, recognising that every library and classroom includes readers at a range of levels.

By building a clear, new identity we want to reaffirm our commitment to the best publishing, establish ourselves as the first choice for customers; by listening to their needs, and offering a personal service.

Our aim is to 'capture the interest and unlock the potential' of children and young people by introducing them to the joy of reading. Every book and digital resource is designed to interest and inspire young readers, maximising their enjoyment, personal growth and academic development as measured by the curriculum. We focus on the quality of production, for both our inspiring content based non-fiction with curricula support, and our new electrifying fiction list. By combining the talents of authors, curriculum experts, editors and designers we ensure that topics, text and graphics are always 'just right'. All our books are guaranteed to captivate young readers at every age, stage and ability up to 16 years of age.

Few things in life are more rewarding than helping a child fall in love with reading. Reading is a skill that opens doors to all learning.
