How to Order

How to order from our Website

Ordering from our Website is straightforward. First simply find the products that you are interested in. You can do this by using the search function in the upper right corner or by clicking one of the categories in the left tool bar. Once you find the titles or series that you are interested in you can add it to your basket. It is easy to create multiple shopping baskets and save them for a later date. Create a wish list, an immediate needs list, the items you found today; there is no limit. You can also merge or delete baskets as well.

Once you’ve got the products you want, there are three options for ordering via our Website

1.	Simply complete your order online. We accept Visa and MasterCard, proceed to checkout and we’ll walk you through it.
2.	From your basket you can print out your order, feel free to fax it to us on 0845 6043754, or you can mail it to us at: Customer Services Raintree Linacre House Jordan Hil Oxford OX2 8EJ Feel free to attach a purchase order to the fax.
3.	Export your basket to an Excel spreadsheet. You can email it to us at myorders@raintreepublishers.co.uk. This is useful also if you want to attach a purchase order or other files that we will need to process your order.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes or promo codes are discount codes that you may receive from us in our communications, sign up here. You can redeem these by typing your code into a box in your shopping basket when you order online. These promo codes can only be used once per person, and may only be used on firm orders.

Delivery Options

UK Customers

• If the items are in stock, we aim to deliver within 3-4 working days of receipt of your order
• We use Securicor Omega to deliver most of our parcels
• Small parcels or single items may go out by First Class Royal Mail
• Orders will be charged £2.95 postage and packing if they total less than £50.00

International Customers

• Please note that we will charge freight for delivery
• Charges will vary depending on weight and destination

If you are an existing customer you can find your order history on the website.

Returns

Returned items must reach us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please contact Customer Services for authorisation.
